We think that learning about the provenance of food and understanding how it is prepared makes it taste even better! All of our gastronomic tours introduce you to some of the best food on Sicily and the Aeolian islands, and, even more important, the people behind it. You’ll visit cheese producers and wineries, sample freshly prepared creamy goats’ milk ricotta, and even have a go at catching squid!
Our relaxed cooking classes are suitable for all levels and take place in family kitchens, farmhouses and family-run trattorie. Classes are taught in Italian, accompanied by native English translation.
Culture, adventure and natural beauty
You will also get the chance to delve deep into Sicily’s culture and history, explore the extraordinary volcanic landscape of eastern Sicily and the Aeolian Islands and swim in sparkling clear bays. We’ll take evening excursions under starry skies lit by flares from volcanic eruptions, explore historic towns and still find time to relax by the pool.
All-inclusive small group tours
Your guided Culinary Adventure includes everything except your flights. We provide accommodation, transfers, daily excursions, wine tastings, and delicious meals with fine wine. Groups are limited to a maximum of ten people (minimum six) to ensure you get the very best experience. All tours are led by Laura who has personally researched and planned each tour.
